1. Non-returnable products:

You are NOT entitled to return or exchange any of the following products:

• Products that have been previously used or damaged by you or are in a condition different from what you received them from Xtremeproz.
• Any products that have no serial number or have been tampered with.

7. Refunds

Xtremeproz will always ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. In case if you are not satisfied, then you can claim refund and the amount will be returned to your card. Orders from your e-wallet will be returned to your Xtremeproz e-wallet. (You need to create an e-wallet)

In the event that an item you ordered is not available, we will inform you by email as soon as possible, and if payment has already been made, refunds will be issued to the original payment card used for the transaction.

 

1. When to be refunded: The refund will be given to you at the same time we receive and inspect the product in our warehouse, and your final payment will be as follows:

 

• If you have paid the value in cash on delivery, we will return the value to your e-wallet, after checking the product by our staff.
• If the purchase was made via the credit package, in this case the amount will be returned to your credit card: this will be done within thirty (30) days from the day we received the returned product and we will inform you of approval or rejection according to the above return conditions.
• If you cancel the purchase order before the shipping date, the amount will be returned to you automatically.

9. Shipping Policy

• Shipping charges: 30 SAR for orders less than 300 SAR
• Free shipping for orders over 300 SAR in Saudi Arabia
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days

 

Important Delivery Information:

• For all orders, a signature must be made upon receipt of the shipment.
• Once the package is signed, the product is no longer under the responsibility of Xtremeproz.
• Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch.
• If you wish to return or exchange your order, registered users must log in to their registered account. Go to "My Account" and "Returns and Exchanges" and place a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. For guest users, you must place an order via the Track Your Order page within 7 days of receiving the order.
• If your order has already been submitted, you can no longer modify your order or change your address.
• If you wish to cancel your order, log in to your account and go to "My Orders". For guest users, go to the Track Your Order page. You can cancel your order until the point you receive an email notification that the items have been dispatched and sent to the address you specified. If the items have been dispatched, your order cannot be canceled anymore.

 

 

 

11. Delivery Issues:
